Moriwaki Passenger Peg Relocator Brackets
Allows the use of the passenger footpegs when utlizing the Moriwaki high mount exhaust systems on the RC51

The kit is offered in two alternatives:
The first kit is regular T-6 (6061-T651) aluminum brackets, and cost is $135 US, with availability. This alloy is heat treated.
The second kit is T-6 (6051) cast plate aluminum brackets, and cost is $155 US, with availability. This alloy is also heat treated, with more magnesium in it, and therefore it has more stiffness and less flex. There is limited availability of T-6 cast plate aluminum at the moment. The tensile strength of the aluminum in each kit is similar (T-6).
Both kits will be bolt on, and include the two brackets, four 316L stainless steel spacers (the round spacers in the pictures), four allen key bolts (stainless steel), four nuts (for the passenger pegs), and instructions. For this price basic shipping is included, (in the US & Canada) and the aluminum brackets are polished. Priority or International shipping will be an additional cost to be determined in an individual basis.
The pictures shown are the T-6 cast plate aluminum bracket kit. This kit was not polished.
We have decided not to offer anodizing, as we don’t want to try and organize all of that. The bracket can be anodized relatively inexpensively, and most people will know of a local source capable of doing this for them.

1. Some of the wiring on the left side of the subframe near the peg mounts will need to be re-routed with the kit. The moriwaki – supplied brackets have sharp edges, and have cut through the wiring on a few motorcycles. Therefore, our brackets have been designed to make re-routing of these wires necessary for installation. It is an extremely simple process, only requiring a few minutes, and it may save you from expensive electrical repairs! 2. It is recommended that blue loctite be applied to all bolts associated with this kit.
3. The remounted passenger rearsets are NOT as strong as or as useful the factory design. They should be treated with the utmost respect, and under no circumstances should the passenger put their full weight on them by standing up or bouncing around, etc.
4. Passengers should climb onto the motorcycle using the driver’s rearsets, while the driver is standing and bracing the motorcycle. This will prevent weight stress from being placed upon the remounted passenger rearsets.
5. Upon receipt of payment, shipping will occur within two weeks. However, it is usually much less than that.
6. If there are any fitment problems with the kit, the customers can contact us, and if necessary, ship it back to us (at their cost, which should be low). We will address the problem and ship it back to them (at our cost).
7. This kit is compatible with the moriwaki slip on exhaust and the moriwaki full system.
8. Use of this kit may cause discoloration of the exhaust. It is the responsibility of the passenger to use the passenger rearsets in a manner that prevents contact with the exhaust.
9. Use of this kit may cause injury to the passenger. It is the responsibility of the passenger to use the passenger rearsets responsibly, and in a manner that prevents contact with the exhaust. Additional notes for use are listed above.
